Elika was born in 1996 to provide a complete range of manuals adressed to sportsmen and athletes and to those aiming at achieving a psychophysical wellness thanks to an appropriate theoretical and academic background. Elika is specialized not only in manuals for sport and training, but also in nutrition and healthy lifestyle manuals, and provides a wide range of different publications to meet the needs of a more and more demanding public.
